European Yoga Festival 2019 Update:
We just had to share these with you guys! It’s not obvious from the title of the festival but the European Yoga Festival is actually 8 days of Kundalini Yoga. Look at these pictures of all the Kundalini Yogis on the banks of the lake at Chateau Anand in France! At a glance you would think they were swans!
We try and keep the tech at a minimum at this festival to keep the atmosphere pure, so these are very brief, but this was such an amazing view we just had to share that inspiration. The atmosphere here is, as always, incredible!
There’s something a little ‘Where’s Waldo/Wally’ here isn’t there?? Big cash prize to anyone who can spot Aanika!
We attend the European Yoga Festival every year (we tend to just call it the Kundalini Yoga Festival, as it’s very Kundalini-centric and a lot different from the regular festivals we visit) and it’s always a joy. It is a little more intensive than other festivals. It really encourages the ‘learning’ mindset and has specific(but not compulsory) food and scheduling, which we know isn’t for everyone. But if you’re looking for an atmosphere and regime to really crack open your outlook, we would wholeheartedly recommend it!
