Hello from Barcelona everyone! Just a little update about where we are right now! We’re at the 9th Barcelona Yoga Conference this weekend! What an inspirational and historical city. There’s some amazing architecture to see (plus all the convenience of a large city – everything you need is only a stones throw away). If you haven’t heard of it before, the BYC is a conference celebrating all things Yoga, bringing together teachers, students, therapists and retailers to talk Yoga.

This is definitely true, there’s lots to do and lot’s of variety and opportunity to learn. It’s also wonderful to find a yoga festival that is so child friendly. No one has to worry how to occupy or interest the kids! If anyone is considering a city break next year, we’d definitely recommend this festival as a tourist destination. Maybe we’ll see you at the Barcelona Yoga Conference 2020? If you live locally, there’s still time to come and see us this year though!
