How many of you know Aanika?
Well the founder of Yogamasti, the designer and a qualified and passionate yoga instructor and a classical dancer, Aanika is the back bone of Yogamasti. ‘The flow within’ is her Yoga video which was shot in Mumbai in absolutely amazing settings.
Her aim was to create and produce an enchanting video which will kindle a yoginess in students minds and inspire them to take on the so wonderful practice -yoga. The video is about an hour long and concentrates on all aspects of Asanas. It also has a classical dance clip at the end of it since Aanika is a classically trained dancer and she wanted to show how dance moves actually transpire from yog asanas.
The flow of yoga movement is evident in this yoga video and the background settings actually enhance the postures. There went a lot of research into where this video was going to be shot. She along with the director Vishal sethi, went along to a lot of far away places to look for a perfect location which oozed energy, silence, nature and was beautiful. We found it!
