Like everything in this world , wellness is an attitude, would you agree? Wellness of the body, of the mind and of course wellness of the spirit.
I guess everyone’s definition of wellness is different. Some feel well only after a good few pints, some feel without any! So, what wellness are we talking about?
I feel wellness is to do with Balance…..
My Swami ji used to say…enough food…enough rest…enough work…keep these three things in perspective and you will feel truly well. I have also learnt with experience that if we practice what we believe in fully, we will be happier and hence well:)
Very difficult thing to do really , but a must to keep well….Try, at least you can do that! I try and fail most of the times but i still keep trying 🙂
