We have two villas we use to host retreats (if you’re a teacher – get in touch!) and they are just stunning. Villa Nirvana has so many personal touches and was a long time in the making, especially due to Covid delays. But now its here and we are so delighted to host people at our little slice of heaven! We wanted to create a space that was our own ideal Yoga retreat destination. Completely zen, but not sparse and impersonal. With bespoke murals and hand carved furniture we picked up when we were in Rajasthan; Villa Nirvana is a sight to behold! Let’s start with the outside areas…
Poolside cabana and mountain views all around!
Yes, those steps mean you can go straight into the pool from the cabana after some fresh juice & a chat. Both our villas are in such heavenly locations near Mt. Montgo in Alicante, but at Villa Nirvana you can swim with mountain views and sweet mountain breezes. As you can imagine the sunsets here are stunning! All around the villa are mature step gardens, statues and fruit trees. We’ve commissioned bespoke spiritual murals and found gorgeous outdoor statues to inspire you!
Yoga shala on the roof! Practice with mountains all around you!
One of the unique features of this retreat villa is our bespoke shadyrooftop Yoga shala!It gives you breathtaking views of the surrounding area while you practice. Being surrounded by scenery like this and wind off the mountains gets you into the most amazing headspace.
Where you’ll be chilling after class…
So where will you be relaxing after a rooftop Yoga class? In our ‘hippy hut’! With Indian style floor seating and handmade silk curtains you’ll feel like you’re in another world. It was important to us that guests had great places to socialise and make new friends as well as experience peace.
Handmade authentic furniture in rooms to suit everyone!
You’ll start and finish the day in pure bliss in our bright, airy and authentic bedrooms. We hand-picked stunning pieces from our trip to Rajasthan, infusing every room with the Yogi soul. Villa Nirvana has some truly unique bedrooms to enjoy on your retreat! We have a room that opens directly onto the pool terrace, plus a room that has a little piece of the mountains inside! When we were renovating we were given the opportunity to remove it and we said no! Who doesn’t want to touch a little of the mountains that surround them? There’s so many incredible hand carved woodwork all around – you’ll marvel at the skill of these craftspeople! Every Yoga retreat needs a good sleep at the end of each day to restore the body and mind. You’ll certainly get it at our retreat villas!
