How do I qualify for free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders of £70 or more. Once your order total exceeds £70 we automatically offer free shipping in your cart.

When can I expect my items to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.

Do they ever get delayed?

Not often and if we can help it. At certain times due to reasons beyond our control, like for example postal strikes, there might be a delay. If the delay is due to late delivery of stock at our end we will let you know immediately.

Can I return my goods if I change my mind?

Hang inside or outside to create a lovely atmosphere. These make a fantastic gift, as you can let the recipient know all the happy things you wish for their future. These flags can hang inside or outside, but be careful of the pen you use to write your wishes! If you want to put your flags outside, use a pen that has ink that wont run or spread out.
