How do I qualify for free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders of £70 or more. Once your order total exceeds £70 we automatically offer free shipping in your cart.

When can I expect my items to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours.

Do they ever get delayed?

Not often and if we can help it. At certain times due to reasons beyond our control, like for example postal strikes, there might be a delay. If the delay is due to late delivery of stock at our end we will let you know immediately.

Can I return my goods if I change my mind?

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal and all major credit and debit cards; these payments are handled safely and securely by PayPal. Cheque payments are accepted if orders are sent by post.
