1. Agreement
Title of Goods supplied by Yogamasti.com shall pass to the buyer upon payment of the purchase price in full. We are Yogamasti, trading as Yogamasti.com, Tardis House, Hawkesbury, Warwickshire CV2 1NP. You are the Buyer detailed on the order form.
Our Agreement to supply the Goods is made on the date that the buyer enters an agreement with our online payment company, Paypal.
Our Agreement includes all written correspondence from us to you (the Buyer) and the descriptions of Goods as provided by us on our website or any other written correspondence.
2. Colour and Style Representations
All colours and styles are represented to the best of our ability on our website and in pictures. Colours may vary depending on print and computer screen resolution. Our prints are handmade and hence they cannot be replicated exactly the same every time, though we try our best to do so. That is the unique selling point of Yogamasti.
Yogamasti does not take responsibility for this discrepancy.
3. Prices
These are as listed on the website. Prices are inclusive of VAT, but excluding delivery. At times, these prices might change at the discretion of Yogamasti.com. The price at the time of order confirmation will be the price guaranteed.
4. Delivery
Delivery will be undertaken once full payment of goods is received. Terms of delivery will be stated at the time of order and Yogamasti will do everything possible to adhere to this delivery schedule. At times, this might not be possible due to production difficulties or problems with delivery methods. Yogamasti reserves the right to deliver different products ordered in the same time separately.
Yogamasti will inform you of any delays immediately and endeavour to deliver product within a reasonable amount of time.
5. Making Your Order
Orders must be made via the online shopping system. Orders will then be confirmed via Paypal. Terms of payment will be agreed at time of order.
6.Order Fulfillment
Once orders are confirmed, terms of delivery, payment price confirmed and payment received, orders will be processed and delivered to confirmed address If any unforeseen changes to this clause occur, Yogamasti will inform the customer immediately and confirm new delivery dates and times.
7. Correspondence
All correspondence needs to be received in proper written form by email at info@yogamasti.com
8. Cancellation
Once order has been confirmed, no cancellation is possible. You are responsible for full payment of goods.
9. Returns and Dissatisfaction
We aim to provide an excellent customer service.If you are not happy with any of our product, we will readily offer you a refund or an exchange as long as the products are returned within 14 days in perfect condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Do be careful when trying on Tops that you do not leave lipstick or deodorant marks.As we will not be able to accept them.
Please note that we want happy customers, therefore we accept exchanges & offer refunds on SALE ITEMS as lwell as ong as the items are returned in perfect condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.

When returning the goods, please send it recorded delivery and keep the free receipt from the post office as proof of postage.Return them to the address below.

Please note that there is no postage charge for exchange of goods.
If goods have manufacturers defect or are faulty in any production capacity, Yogamasti will accept the return for an exchange of goods.. If you are dissatisfied with any product due to size or fit, a written reply needs to be received within 7 days of receipt of goods. An exchange or full refund for the price of the goods will be offered. Return freight will be charged to the Buyer
All goods must be in their original condition, packing and received back with purchase proof/receipt to Yogamasti within 14 days of original receipt of goods. It is at the discretion of Yogamasti to deal with each individual situation to the best mutual outcome.
10.Complaints
Any complaints must be sent via written correspondence, preferably via email at info@yogamasti.com. We will endeavour to reply to these complaints within 5 working days.
11. Basis of Sale
Sales must be made by a person 18 years or older. This service is intended for private individuals. Companies who wish to purchase wholesale must contact Yogamasti.com and go through wholesale procedures.
12. Changes to the Service and Agreement
Yogamasti reserves the right to make changes to yogamasti.com policies and this User Agreement at any time.
13. Cancellation of Order
Yogamasti holds the right to cancel orders upon written correspondence if any of our terms and conditions are breached.
