Booking information
Flights to the retreat are not included, but we will share suggested flight info. Transfers are arranged but not included in the price. Info on transfers can be found here.
The retreat cost includes ALL:
~ Daily yoga, relaxation & sound journeys, meditations etc.
~ Yoga mats & props provided.
~ Accommodation in beautiful rooms.
~ Access to both villas to enjoy at your leisure & all their wonderful facilities.
~ 3 meals a day apart from one dinner (on our planned day out where we will enjoy the local cuisine).
~ Teas, coffee & fruit etc will always be available in both villas for you to help yourself to.
~ Transfers between the villas will be included & offered several times a day, as will the travel for our planned day out (highlight of your retreat! Will vary retreat to retreat)
Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit of £250 is required for each retreat. Deposits are taken upon booking & spaces are not confirmed without the deposit payment. Remaining balance is due by the stated date on the retreat page & prior to the retreat starting.
~ If the booking is made after the general payment date, payment is due immediately after.
~ We are happy to organise payment plans on request as are flexible if it makes the retreat more accessible to you, but this must be confirmed not assumed.
~Failure to pay the balance on set date may mean your place is NOT secure & we may offer it to someone on the waiting list.
~ We are not responsible for your travel flights and travel expenses, though we do take care of transfers to and from the airport when you arrive
~ We hold the right to offer discounted places at a later date to fill places on the retreat, without it affecting the cost of your booking.
Refund Policy
If for any reason you have to cancel attending the retreat after paying the deposit, this deposit can not be transferred to another retreat. If you find another person willing to use your ‘space’ then we are happy to transfer it over towards their payment though.
~ If you have made full payment, but have a valid reason to not attend, if we are able to sell your place on we will try to transfer the balance (after deposit) over to future workshops or retreats, but cannot guarantee this if the space is not filled
~ We strongly advise you to take out your own insurance for travel and health.
~ We cannot take responsibility for cancellation that is out of our control.
~ At Yogamasti we are not liable to refund you under the circumstances of Natural Disaster, Pandemic, War, Failure of the Venue or any other situation that is out of our control. We will try to arrange an alternative depending on the scale of the situation though.
Cancellation Policy
All information found on our website & being shared by us is correct at the time of publishing it, but may be subject to change. Whilst we do not anticipate changes to what is shared & advertised, we do not rule out that we may have to cancel or postpone retreats at our discretion. If we were to have to cancel, you are entitled to a full refund or can choose to transfer the sum towards other offerings.
If the whole event is cancelled due to Covid 19 or for any other reason, you are of course entitled to a full refund or can choose to transfer the sum towards other offerings.
Liability
Yogamasti cannot be held liable for any injury, illness, loss or damages including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential or other, during the retreat. By joining the offering, you agree to be responsible for yourself, your safety & your decisions.
Behaviour
If behaviour is disruptive to the retreat, other participants, staff or ourselves, we reserve the right to ask participants to leave the retreat. If you are asked to leave due to such behaviour, no part of the retreat fee will be refunded. If we are to have to request you leave & you try to argue it, matters fall under English law & subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts as we are an English company.
Please note ~ This has never happened nor do we expect it to!
Insurance
We always recommend you get insurance for abroad trips, but it is your responsibility & decision to do so. We will request insurance info prior to the trip so that we have it all to hand, should we need to assist with anything. Please look into what cover you get, as some can cover you if you had to cancel joining etc.
Privacy
We will not knowingly give your personal information out to anybody else (except where required to do so by authorities). We will retain your information & you may be added to the newsletter/ mailing list if you agree, but you can unsubscribe at any time.
Photography
When attending our retreats we will take photos during our time together & share them with everyone that attends. We will be sensitive in moments we capture & keep. We may choose to share some on our website or through our social media channels. By attending you know this to be so & give permission for this to occur. If for any reason you don’t wish to appear in photos, please get in contact & we will try to honor this.

At Yogamasti we neither diagnose, prescribe, treat, or cure any disease, illness, injury or condition either physical or mental. Our retreats offer programmes that aim to be self empowering, educational & enjoyable.
We do not & cannot promise a guaranteed set of results, cures, or benefits. Each person will take home their own set of experiences & perceptions from a retreat. All information & advice given is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical or psychological diagnosis & care.
The Yogamasti team do not accept any liability for participants’ medical or psychiatric conditions which may exist prior, during or after the participation of a retreat. Even if you feel it arose from something during it.
Always consult your healthcare professional before making any changes to your diet, lifestyle or prescription drugs.
