Laugh out loud…especially at yourself. I tell you it works wonders. Have you known people who take themselves too seriously? People who cant do wrong, cant be told, are almost perfect and kill themselves if they don’t succeed?
Now let’s not be like them please.Yoga brings light into our bodies and mind and also lightens us – our spirits. To laugh away at one’s own illness is so liberating and refreshing. It doesn’t mean you are not going to learn from it though, all it means is, there is more to living so lets get on with it…
